By accessing or using any service operated under the Keznu brand — including the website keznu.com and its mobile applications — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Keznu brand is operated by 61.119.645 LUIZ HENRIQUE DA SILVA GONCALVES (CNPJ 61.119.645/0001-32), referred to throughout this document as "Keznu", "we", or "us".

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Bypass any rate limits or access restrictions

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant Keznu a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Services.

Some features may require payment. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your platform account settings before the renewal date.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Keznu does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keznu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
